Welcome to R&M Sports Images: Capturing Big Island sports one frame at a time!
This is a list of our policies. Use of this website constitutes agreement with these terms of service.

• Removal of pictures:
  If your child's photograph is on this website and you would like it removed, please contact us and we will be happy to take it off our site. Please be aware that if a removal request is received we will remove only the picture(s) listed in the request. Because we take pictures of many athletes, we cannot be responsible for searching for the subject of a removal request.
  
• Availability of a game's pictures:
  Pictures from a game will normally be available between three and five days after the game was played, although sometimes it can take up to a week or more, depending on how busy our schedule is. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions or requests (guppies@guppies4me.com).
  
• Copyright policy:
  All images on this website are the exclusive, copyrighted property of R&M Sports Images and are not to be downloaded, reproduced, or sold without the express written consent of R&M Sports Images.
  In other words, if you would like to use our images on your own website (or your MySpace home page or any other web page) please have the courtesy to ask us first.
  
• Payment:
  We accept money orders or checks by mail and credit cards or Paypal payments through the Paypal website. A Paypal account is not necessary to pay with a credit card.
  Orders paid for using Paypal or a credit card will be processed as soon as the order is placed.
  Orders placed specifying a money order or check will be processed once the payment has cleared, which may take up to two weeks.
  
• Checking Post Office Box:
  We check the P. O. box on Wednesdays and Saturdays if we have received an order specifying a mailed payment. We do not the box as frequently if we are not expecting a mailed payment. If your order is a rush and you cannot pay for it using a credit card or Paypal, please contact us to make alternate arrangements to pay for your order.
  
• Shipping:
  All orders are shipped via USPS Airmail unless other arrangements are made. Shipping is currently a fixed rate of $3.00.
  
• Print sizes available:
  4"x6" - $4.00
  5"x7" - $6.00
  8"x10" - $12.00
  
• Print processing:
  Orders generally take between five and seven days to process, print, and ship. However, at times processing may be up to ten days, especially if we have a heavy schedule.
  
• What happens when you order:
  After you submit your order you should receive an automatically generated confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, your order did not go through and we have not received it.
  Once we receive automated notification of the order, we will send you an email acknowledging your order. If you do not receive this order confirmation email within two days of placing your order, please contact us as we may not have received the email notification of your order.
  Once your order has been processed, we will ship your order in a stiff cardboard photograph mailer. We will send an email to confirm when your order is shipped.
